World Whale Day digital painting of Narwhals swimming below the surface through a channel amidst the ice with Auroras, the Moon, and stars beyond.
This underwater scene was created with Adobe Photoshop using a Wacom Cintiq 13HD and is part of the Starlight Safari Series; a collection of digital illustrations created on and for certain world wildlife days. Each illustration is set between sunset and sunrise, features at least one star, and usually has at least one young and one adult of the creature for that day.
